Natrina entered the ship carrying a silver case. Within were several holoemitters. She began to search the ship for monitoring devices.

Kaia's mood had improved...slightly. She had stopped back at her quarters to grabs some "personal items" before returning to the ship. She met Natrina in the corridor just inside the airlock and waved.

"Ah... Welcome aboard. Now that we're here, we can get down to planning what we're going to do about Mr. Darson and Mr. Gabriel." Natrina said with a grin.

Kaia put a finger to her lips and pointed down the bulkhead. She led Natrina to the crew lounge and typed a recipe into the replicator. A small electronic device appeared which Kaia took into one hand and began pressing buttons. The device lit up and began emitting a high pitched whine. While the noise was barely audible, its frequency would overload any listening devices that might have been placed on the ship.

"That's better..." Kaia relaxed once the device was activated. She pointed to the case Natrina carried, "So what's in there?"

"These holoprojectors have been configured to make Darson's little escapade look a little more bloodier than expected. Nothing is more moving to the Federation than Holographic Marines razing Holographic Children to the ground. Only in this case the public wouldn't know that they were holographic." Natrina said with a grin.

"Like I was explaining to Mr. Wallace at the meeting, Pixels are pixels, and the observer is the one who ascertains truth." Kaia said with a smirk. "Lucky for us most people are easily convinced by their eyes. I hope they are programmed in such a way as to make the marines unrecognizable." She pointed to the replicator, "Need anything while we're here?"

Natrina grinned. "Oh do not worry yourself about that too much Ms. Kaia."

"Well, then I'll let you worry about that." Kaia replied. "In the meantime I've got to tweak the sensors to follow that pirate ship's ion trail now that it's more than a week old... And maybe build a few algorithms to help hack into the pirate base data core."

Natrina spoke. "We will have to completely override their command codes. And I believe I have a plan for that." She said with a grin.

Kaia smiled. "Well, my ship does have a new holodeck that you could try out if you think it could help. Haven't yet had the chance myself. Just remember that if you do use it, I've programmed the computer to ignore commands issued using the word 'computer', so remember to call the ship 'Jeni'. And remember to end any command with 'thank you' or the ship will immediately reverse whatever you just asked it to do."

Natrina giggled a little. "Impressive, I like this ship."

"Thanks," Kaia replied with genuine appreciation. "It's amazing how an ounce of prevention can be worth a pound of cure." She looked down Natrina's metal box again. "Just curious, but how do you plan on getting footage? Creating it from scratch sounds risky, but maybe not as risky as going to the base during the raid to get actual images."

Natrina smiled, "Why the Obsidian Order are masters of Record Analysis. It is amazing what one gleans from say, the base's own internal security system. Yes, Cardassians are masters at records. Don't worry too much about it. I'll have access to the Base's command codes after I extract them from their leader."

"Well, If you can do that we'll need to find him before the feds do. If that doesn't happen, we've of course been charged with hacking their network anyway. I guess it depends on what opportunity affords us." Kaia said. "In the meantime, Let's see about getting this ship ready for a hot zone."

"Natrually.." Natrina stated.
