As Chris walked out of ensign Petro's office to his new quarter's located on Deck Forty Room Seven Two he had his bags in his hands and started to deck forty. He got onto the turbo lift still in shock of being on ds5 he tries to hide his nervousness from everyone a little harder because it seem's everyone can tell he's nervous with a smile. He stepped off the turbo lift and went to his quarter's, the door opened and he walked in it was a lot bigger then his last room and the desk is bigger he put his stuff on the ground and started to unpack. After unpacking he sat down and read through his PADD and then put them down and looked at his desk and seen that letter sitting their he went to pick it up just to put it in his desk.
Chris stood up to take a shower because he had to go check in with the commander later as he made his way to the bath room he heard a beep. It was his door he said come in and in walked a crewmen with what was a star fleet issued uniform bag he offered him a seat but he said "I can't stay I just came by to drop off your new uniform." After he left Chris opened the bag to see a new red uniform he laid it down and jumped in the shower and remembered he also had to check in with the doctor. After a long shower still having a sore shoulder from carrying his bag's all day, he put on his uniform and looked in the mirror and smiled.
He walked out of his quarter's and started to walk down the hall and came beside LT. Fox and got onto the turbo lift and after a conversation with LT. Fox he got off the turbo lift. As he walked down the hall he started to think to his self " a new uniform, a new post, and a new beginning .“When he reached the commander's floor he walked slowly saying "come down Chris" in the back of his head his heart pounded then it all stopped, he was at the door he hit the button on the door. After a five second pause he heard a "come in" and walked in he seen ensign Petro which calm’s him down because he had met her earlier that evening. He heard the door shut behind him he took a deep breathe and sat down and thought to himself "hope the doctor visit isn't this nerve racking."
