This thriving frontier trading hub once again bustles with civilians and traders – residents and passers-by, the transient and liminal. Pioneers and explorers reaching into the unknown, and the curious and exotic from without drawn in by the lures of Federation life.
Embracing the fragile peace, Starfleet entered into a collaboration with the Romulan Empire – an Officer Exchange Program - with Deep Space Five the chosen placement of Commander Isha t’Vaurek as Executive Officer. Not everyone was happy to see the return of the former Ambassador - the Captain resigned leaving the Romulan officer in charge and the crew waiting for a replacement …
But the eyes of Starfleet and the Federation are fixed on a larger prize more than worth the risk of a single space station on the distant edge of the far end of nowhere.
If they are to secure it Commander t’Vaurek has to remain in place, for now …
