Our Fleet Recruitment department is one of our youngest departments and one that is ever on the change, with involvement in Social Media, external recruitment resources and support of Commanding Officers.
In an attempt to ensure that our Recruitment department is doing the very best it can for the Fleet as a whole, and being as efficient with time and resources as it can, we are wanting to open up some focus groups. This is to find out what it is that you think the Fleet Recruitment department does and what idea’s you may have to improve it.
A little about a focus group for those that may not know what it is.
A focus group is a form of qualitative research in which a group of people are asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards a product, service, concept, advertisement, idea, or packaging. Questions are asked in an interactive group setting where participants are free to talk with other group members.
The overall objective is to discuss Fleet Recruitment and find out what it is doing correctly, what it could improve on and if there is anything it could start doing for the Fleet and her players. These are a few points and more could be raised in the discussion.
If you have idea’s and want to take part in a constructive environment then please contact the Director of Fleet Recruitment to register your interest. We ask that Commanding Officers cascade this to their crews.
There are only a limited number of spaces for the Focus Group and more information will be given to those who are selected.
