This is a time to relax, to get to know your fellow crewmates, to lose yourself in a holosuite. Time to take that well earned leave or just prop up your favourite bar once the day's work is done.

I've added a floorplan of the Romulan Consulate to the relevant section of the database if anyone is interested. Most of the details are classified, but it shows Isha's office and Apartment, Rh'vaurek's office, the central entrance and reception area and the main dipomatic offices.
